Information Systems & Computer Applications CLEP?
#1
Hi,
I am getting a Liberal Arts AA from TE. One of the Cleps I'm taking is the 'Information Systems & Computer Applications CLEP'. I was wondering how much time I should allow for studying for it, & what tips would you give on it.
I'd be focusing about 6 or more hrs. on it, & have good computer knowledge too.
Thank you so much!

Hey, you'll probably have better luck with this in the Testing section. Here's a few previous threads that you can look through:

First and foremost, do a SEARCH of the forum. There is an abundance of information that will help you with your studying.
Join instantcert. Pay $20, read over the flashcards. Check out the specific exam forum.

All will be revealed

Tasman-
Thank you, I will definately search the forum.
I have already joined InstantCert, in fact, I've used it for almost 2 years. I just haven't really done much posting, though I have read some...
Thank you!

Any other suggestions?

I just finished searching the forum, & found a little bit of info...but not much...
I guess my main question is, how long should I plan on studying for is & ca?

Also, all over the place, people keep mentioning an 'exam specific forum'??? Where is that? Does my IC membership count for that as well?
Thanks!

I have never taken a computer course in my life and I did't have a problem. Know the jargon for different types of networks and computer major parts. You will be fine with the flashcards

It should be at the bottom of the front page of this forum, below 'Off Topic'.
