In Rare Alliance, Democrats and Republicans Seek Legal Power to Clear Homeless Camps

In Rare Alliance, Democrats and Republicans Seek Legal Power to Clear Homeless Camps

https://archive.vn/1aE07#selection-355.0-355.84

From what I hear, the Supreme Court has about two weeks to decide whether to take up the case, so we should know the outcome very soon.

Then, it is assumed that the Supreme Court will overturn lower court decisions that restrict enforcement against public camping sometime in 2024.

Update:
The Supreme Court did decide to hear the case, though it won't be until June or July until a decision is made.

From what I hear, the Supreme Court has about two weeks to decide whether to take up the case, so we should know the outcome very soon.

Then, it is assumed that the Supreme Court will overturn lower court decisions that restrict enforcement against public camping sometime in 2024.

Sigh with modern politics though, I always remember that the left-wing and the right-wing belong to the same diseased bird. The disease also seems to propagate throughout the flock like a globally-spread spikey-ball-shaped virus.

Even a populist once said it doesn't matter which party is in party, it only matters that they are accountable to the people of said country. Not my words, but the original idea is important. My thoughts go a step further to say does THAT even matter when the electorate has been cuckolded into certain positions and ideologies.

The Earth is so small in comparison to the Sun. When our beautiful and singular life-supporting planet gets closer or further to our Sun, the climate of Earth changes. Hence climate change, humans or not. Most certainly we also change it globally, but politicians who want nothing more than to control us, and those controlling the politicians, flying globally in private jets all the time, with their entourage, not just themselves but publicly saying they control everything, we should eat bugs which have parasites and own nothing and be happy, likely had a hand in releasing and developing global changes, and all along calling publicly available information "conspiracy" it's like we see your trades and everyone knows you went to visited Taiwan to see your own holdings at NVidia, eat your conspiracy and start excreting truth for once. Let's see how they view climate change behind closed doors. Look behind the curtain? They fly everywhere and don't care about peasants. They build sprawling complex mansions in coastal regions on the coasts of the USA. Go ahead, prove me wrong about the climate change being about climate change alone Bill Gates from your house on the ocean-side. Fly to me in-person and discuss it with me, not like he cares about the money, political views, or adding to the atmosphere from the planes.

Politicians around the Earth aren't much better either, but one of USA's global exports is global politics and global policing so it's readily on display and makes for good example, but is in no way unique.

Whether you are a leftist or right, you have had to considered the above at some point. Tell yourself it's wrong, look it up and see.

Look up the Canadian prime minister and how basically the whole country is like wtf take that much just to get you to the climate conference?!

The rabbit hole you can do may not even need to be a conspiracy hole to make you question people in power who are talking down to you. You don't have to find this out and go prepper mode, join a cult, or go some other radical way in some other fashion, just question what they are telling you, question their proof that they or their buddy made up, and get to what you find out in a meaningful way. Heh I would even spice this post up with the first thing I learning in business, "follow the money"

Anyway sorry for rant but the leftist/right stuff sometimes is a con by the higher-ups to divide us yet another way into "segmented markets." I can't talk about it in detail on the forum, but what is the fastest grown segment in the past 15 years, which is well represented in law which defies predominant Abrahamic religious doctrine? You can pretty much guess the acronym-based segment market it is I am speaking of, and has made businesses globally RICH. It's adopted so quickly because follow the money. Sure it's more inclusive, etc., I don't deny that, but still the primary reason is follow the money.

Thank you for reading, I know it's probably the most controversial post but here we go, I've said my piece.

The Supreme Court has already made a significant ruling on this issue. On June 28, 2024, the Court decided in favor of allowing cities to enforce anti-camping laws on public property. This decision overturned a previous ruling by the Ninth Circuit Court, which had restricted such enforcement under the Eighth Amendment.

The case, known as City of Grants Pass v. Johnson, concluded that enforcing these laws does not constitute cruel and unusual punishment. This ruling is expected to impact how cities across the U.S. manage public camping and homelessness.

It's interesting to see how your diverse educational background and certifications might give you a unique perspective on this issue. How do you think this ruling will affect local communities and the homeless population?
