I was sent some documents showing what classes remain for the UMPI BAL MIS degree, and I accepted the Financial agreement. I might have got charged a small fee, but not the normal fee. I guess they charge you for real, when you sign up for classes. I called them to see how my transfers were going, and they completed the transcript evaluation the same day. I had the slight impression they had forgotten about me. I'm not sure what the next step is, I sent an email asking, and am now waiting again. It doesn't seem like this is all going to come together before the 19th. They sent a PDF showing my remaining classes high-lighted in yellow, I could probably just try to sign up for their Yourpace equivalents. I need ENG101 and ENG121, so I could take ENG101 first. The longer I wait, the greater the chance I convince myself I need be doing something else.

You probably paid the deposit.
It takes a few weeks to evaluate the transcripts. Once they're completed, you will get an evaluation in the mail. It's an envelope filled with orange paper. Can't miss it! You'll also be able to see your transfer credits in your MaineStreet account.
Your academic advisor will email you a degree evaluation PDF. It shows what is needed for your degree, what you have transferred in, and what you have left. That might be the highlighted PDF you're talking about. All of these documents have names on them.
Have you been in contact with your academic advisor? It's not too late to enroll in classes. You can enroll right up to the last minute. Once you're a student, you'll add classes throughout the session as well.

Yes, my Advisor sent me the evaluation PDF. They are also the one I emailed asking what the next step is, and I expect they will contact me and say to signup for the first class. Snail mail takes a long time to reach me, so I am primarily using the electronic files.

You have your evaluation so you need to contact your academic advisor who emailed you the evaluation. If it's Jessica, she includes instructions on what you need to do next. You need to pick out classes. You can work with her on it, but you know what you have left to take so pick some and email her which ones you want to sign up for.

UMPI BLS MIS requires 6 courses in the core minor, only 2 of them are UL and will not be counted towards the 24 UL credits outside the minor. So, make sure to take some UL courses at UMPI, I suggest 24 UL and 6 LL credits, transfer in the rest. If you need/want to maximize the use of these credits, you can go for an additional minor!

Those are GEC requirements.
Do you have a Sophia membership? You could take Environmental Science from Sophia to fill 3D. You can take one of the sciences with a lab on Study for 3E. You'll need permission from your academic advisor to transfer them in at this point. It's easy to do. You just email them which course you want to complete elsewhere and ask for permission to transfer it in.

What do the abbreviations stand for? LOA, LOB, LOC, etc.
I have not joined Sophia. I can if I need to.

They're for the GEC. Each area of it is labeled.

I must be missing something obvious. I don't see any course designators on that page that starts with an L.
