Do your due diligence and research if you can complete the degree and if it's in your budget, energy, time, and language constraints... there may be other various factors, if the institution hits your requirements and checks all the boxes, then go for it after you've done your research and verified it's accredited properly.

Agree, it may depend on what program you study. The learning materials are acceptable to me.

Only their Mexican programs in Spanish have ROVEs.
I am taking an English version of the so-called Professional Master program. Some members of this forum value it as a completely useless one, but since I just use it to expand my knowledge base I don't care about its accreditation in other areas at all.
