I would ask them what year catalog. I believe that TECEPS could count as residency if you're locked in to 2015 or earlier; so that could be an option possible. I think dfrecore could advise you best in how to ask the question, I believe she was on the 2015 catalog for her BSBA and therefore not required to pay the residency due to the TECEPS still counting towards it. Possible others also know if that is something viewable on your own when you login to MyEdison - I know I'm 2017 catalog year, as that is when I first enrolled and know I have to pay the residency wavier fee. Give it a little while and see if others chime in on how to learn your catalog year before reaching out to TESU. Tthe last thing you want them to do it put you on current year (which would require the fee) if you're already catalog locked in a year where it would not have been an out of pocket expense - especially since most tuition reimbursements plans won't cover that expense.

I'm afraid the catalog year lock in isn't enough. People who were grandfathered into using TECEPs for residency had to get them done back in 2016, I think. Not an option, now. The only folks who can still use TECEPs for residency are those on the military tuition plan.

I think if you're in the 2015 catalog (or maybe 2014), then TECEP's count for residency until you graduate or your enrollment lapses (it's written into the catalog, I'm not sure they're allowed to change it as long as you are locked in). But I would double check with TESU to make sure.

I'm quite sure as there was a mad dash by folks to squeeze the last TECEPs in, similar to the one the following year when they eliminated the Business Capstone TECEP.

They can't change a policy like that when they've published the catalog (and I have a copy of the 2014/15 catalog). That's why catalogs don't normally have tuition info, because they want to be able to change it whenever they want. Catalogs are for degree plans and other things that are kind of set in stone.
