Like I said, the YourPace website has begun to be updated for the move to Brightspace. Such as the new psych degree which isn't available until October. There have been other small changes as well. I think we'll see more after the move.

Yeah its weird, the site says "here are the CJ course offerings "and proceeds to list Poly Sci/History classes. Apparently it's never been offered as a yourpace class.

I get they are changing models but it seems like a prudent thing to update or keep updated for interested students.

The changes are beginning in just a few weeks. That's why they're starting to update the website. Not sure where you're seeing poli sci courses in the CJ program. I see that there are a few POS courses that are part of the CJ program, but not a list of poli sci/history courses.

I wish the website really split up the history/poli sci degree into 2 separate pages. It's confusing on what you need to complete. Can you do some of both and get a combo history/poli sci degree? Do you have to complete both Concentrations? That's 97 credits alone. Plus the 40 credits in the GEC so you're well over 120 credits. This degree could be explained much better on the website!

And I really wish they'd remove BUS359 from the project management pages. That course hasn't been offered in a few years. And when it was offered, you were required to have a degree in IT where your work project could be used for your class project. That didn't work for many people due to confidentially requirements.

I get things are changing, but I think having an updated class list and clear delineation of the two major is needed. Bachelors of Arts in History and Political Science sounds like you double majored. Why bother saying you had a concentration in either and just make them two majors or make one a minor.

If you scroll down, it says, "Take a look at the topics you’ll study in our online criminal justice program".

That looks like a typo.  A cut and paste error.  They happen. It's sloppy, but it's clearly on the History and Poly Sci degree page.

I get that, everyone is human. It was more the listing of non yourpace classes mixed in with yourpace classes. There is no way you can tell what is actually offered and what isn't

What seems to be happening right now is that their course listings are changing due to the shift to Brightspace.  Either that class isn't offered in the current system but will be in the new system or vice versa may be the explanation.  This session I took a course that isn't on the yourpace pages but that has been developed for the new system (but temporarily launched on Strut).

They are in a transition, lots of things are out of whack.  You will need to wait and see where the chips fall to see what courses are and are not available.  If there are any issues with the transition, then some things may not be available until session 2 (like the Psychology degree, as an example although that is a planned delay).
