That's likely how the last code got "used up"
Response I got from workforceedge:
Quote:It is possible that the code has reached its capacity for the month.
You can certainly make your own account and pursue the opportunity for free as many others did.
All that means is that like so many other "freebies" here non-US citizens are excluded. You need a social to register for Avon.
I would have happily made an account if it was possible, I order from US Avon on occasion (husband is American, have a US PO Box).
I presume the SSN is only necessary so they can report any Avon income to the IRS. If you’re only signing up for the Sophia promo code, you could likely create an Avon account with fictitious info & still receive the code.

Could you not ask your American husband to sign up for Avon on your behalf? It's not like he has to sell or use any Avon products.

How does being a US citizen or not have anything to do with a limited capacity code getting used up because it was shared on an open forum?

A lot of people here are not American. We cannot sign up for Avon. You need an American SSN to do so.

I am not going to say it probably wouldn't work, because it absolutely might. Unfortunately using a fictitious SSN is a felony, and I would seriously recommend anyone to reconsider taking this advice ^^'

OK, this has seemed to snowball completely out of control.
First, it is a BENEFIT of being an Avon Rep. You can check it out if it is something that interests you. Yes, I live in the USA, so it applies to people like me who are a Rep in the USA.
As for Canada, try looking in to AVON in Canada. It’s part of the same parent company. I have no clue if they offer the same benefits. I don’t live in Canada. But it could be worth checking out. Or not.
Getting upset about not being able to “grab a code” that is really not open to the general public would be like getting upset that Amazon won’t pay for your degree even though you don’t work there.

A list of all the countries you can become an AVON rep in:
https://www.avonworldwide.com/markets
As mentioned, it's a benefit from that company, not an entitlement for everyone on the internet.
I merely wanted to point out that sharing the code here probably resulted in a sudden rush of people exhausting its quota so that other people affiliated with AVON couldn't use it. Not judging or accusing.

I can confirm that in July 2022 there is NO (zero) Sophia benefit, when signing up for Avon.

I think too many people took this post differently than the spirit in which it was intended. Sophia had been free for a long time for Avon reps, then shortly after this, it was ended. Perhaps it was a coincidence… I don’t know.

Can a mod change the misleading title now that this is dead?
