How long for updated Evaluations?

I requested an expedited evaluation and it took 3 days.
The Records Management - Office of the Registrar advised me to do the following, " If you would like to have your evaluation expedited for any reason, please send your request to Registrar@tesu.edu with your reasoning and “Expedited Evaluation Request” in the subject line."

Not sure if this works anymore. I tried last week and received a response that my transcripts will be reviewed as a part of the graduation audit process. They did say I'd hear by the end of this week, which is less than 25 business days. The response was that the reviews happen automatically as part of the audit process.

I finally got the "transcript received" email today. 2 weeks after the electronic ACE transcript shows as delivered and opened. They really need to look at their process. My past reviews have taken exactly 25 business days from the transcript received email.
