If your transfer courses were preplanned and there are no mistakes or omissions on your transferred transcript, you should be good to go regardless of whether you request an expedited evaluation. If they accidentally miss the transcript, there is still a week or so to fix it. I didn't bother requesting an expedited transcript and it worked out fine.
For someone that needs things drawn out (like myself)...
If I am looking forward to September graduation - I need to apply no later that July 1st. My evaluation would begin AFTER I apply (correct), and would take on average _____ (amount of time).
Hypothetically, If I were missing 9 credits - they would notify me. How long would I have to produce those confirmed credits (and be reviewed again I imagine) to still be included in the September graduating class? Or would that no longer be possible since it wasn't "a go" the first review?
In my specific situation I would like to apply in July - I will be scheduled for about 3 or 4 more exams before EOM (July). So if the eval happens prior to I will not have all 120. but I will by first of August....
let me know if I've totally confused anyone.

Haha, not confusing at all. It seems your adamant on finishing for Sept.
I would go for it, apply, send all transcripts and wait the 25 days it takes.
Once you are done all remaining credits, resend them for final evaluation.
Again, it will take exactly 25 days. If that window meets deadline, you are in.
Worse comes to worse, you graduate in the next couple months later.
All in all, its timing. As time is the essence, apply, send transcripts asap.

let me know if I've totally confused anyone. The timeline depends on the graduation date, not when you apply, You will have a first evaluation in mid-July. If everything isn't in, they will tell you and schedule a second audit in early August. During this period, they will expedite reviews if you email them to let them know you've sent credits in. People who have late credits coming in and work with the graduation office can get credits considered fairly late in August. You should be fine unless you fail a test, in which case they will roll you over to December graduation.

If I don't graduate in September I'll wither away and die. But in a subtly comical way - kinda like how Barbara Maitland (Geena Davis) and her husband Adam Maitland (Alec Baldwin) withered and died (although they were already "newly deceased") after being resurrected during a sà ance by their living house guest Delia Deetz's (Catherin O'Hara) Spiritual Advisor/Interior Decorator, Ortho (Glenn Shadix) in the 1988 comedy, Beetlejuice, starring Micheal Keaton and Winona Ryder.
yes, kinda just like that.

I've heard - haven't done this myself - but you can have advising "plan" in your credits. They'll show up on the evaluation as "planned". I guess this helps so that when they get the transcripts they just plug them in - speeds up the process somewhat (maybe even avoids the whole 25 day wait thing???) Some people do this when they are really close to graduation and know their final credits will be coming in at the 11th hour.

It doesn't seem to speed things up, but it gives you some peace of mind that the courses will transfer in the way you expect.

I don't know why but my second evaluation was done within a couple of days of sending a transcript over. I emailed them first to let them know it was coming. Maybe it was just because it was close to my first evaluation. But it didn't take 25 days.

Not sure why they take 25 business days anyways. I'm sure the process is similar to one of my local CC's. Transcript is received. Transcript is sent to Department Chair of your degree. Department Chair accepts/declines credits. They add them to transcript. For a school like TESU though I feel like they already have a huge list of what the accept and should be able to skip steps. Should be a few business day turn around at the least.

I had one sent in on 2/10 (and 3 others since then) and called them yesterday because it hadn't been updated. They said that there was a change in their process and I fell through the cracks. I bet you were in the same boat.
