How do I turn FEMA into college credit for the lowest price

Hi, I appreciate the input.
I want a Bachelors in BA. Just thought it might be interesting to get an additional associates in something other than business for further career options later on, plus FEMA classes are free so it'd save money(or that was the hope, haha).
Started Sept. 2016 -Thomas Edison State Univeristy - BSBA - Marketing 120/120 DONE

What do all of your acronyms mean and what courses did you do at these locations?

free Kaplan (3cr), free Ethics (2cr), free TEEX (6cr), free NFA (3cr), 1 Saylor course ($25 for 3cr), and 1 TECEP.

Saylor courses are $25 to take a proctored exam and available for-cedit Saylor courses can be found here: Earn College Credit | Saylor Academy
