She said the other campus may offer one in the winter (I didn't call them for verification of that though). Their online courses are $110 per credit hour so that's not too bad. I'll keep them in mind though 'cuz our CC here in the Twin Cities is about $190 per credit hour.

The east campus is a small satellite- the Quad City campus is the main campus. And they offer a lot of them- maybe 15 to 25 across all departments. I'll post when they go up. I'm going to look through our archives here- I might find a cached page. I'm sure I posted last year's list when I made this post:

Found it- love search, however Scott CC calls the Winterim or some such name and doesn't have last year's list, only the CE list. Anyway, here is last year's listing from Black Hawk's web site
Black Hawk College
I would expect a few more will be added

I would love if they did a bio course or two that I have not already taken. 3-4 graded LL bio credits in 2 weeks would be great!
So...my whole schedule has been changed around. LOL. This is pending word from University of Chicago, too. I sent out an email yesterday, so hopefully they will respond soon.
REGARDLESS of what they say, I am taking some more bio classes. It will simply look better, I think.
So now I need to finish the following:
MAJOR:
Microbiology (LL)
Human Ecology (UL)
2 more UL bio courses
- That puts me at 3 LL and 4-6 UL (depending on whether my ULs have labs) credits being from my bio GRE.
MINOR:
Intro to Social Psych
Abnormal Psych
- That puts me at 100% of my minor credits being from courses.
NAT. SCIENCES/MATH GEN ED:
Chemistry
Natural Sciences CLEP
College Math CLEP
- I was going to take chem at some point, anyway, even if after graduation, in order to make sure I am ready, so may as well have it show up in my transcripts
ELECTIVES:
Humanities CLEP
Intro to World Religions DSST
EC Information Literacy
It will push my graduation date out further, but I will still be less than 30 credits away from my degree at the time of my application, so it should not affect my application.
PROGRESS: Last semester and accepted into a PhD program!
