With testing now being remote, students anywhere can register for a CC which offers challenge exams, take the exam, and then get credit.
Specifically, I'm looking for CCs with advanced STEM courses (particularly math and CS) whose classes I can challenge.
Anyone have recommendations?

The issue with challenge exams (at least the ones I've seen) is that only count as institutional credit. Meaning they don't transfer.
The CC I went to does offer them. However, it only counts internally. For example, you can take a challenge exam for English Comp I and then go directly to English Comp II. And you won't have to take English Comp I, but you will have to take an elective credit in place of English comp I to get to 60 credits for an associates degree. The challenge exam doesn't transfer.

In my experience at a community college, the challenge exam is to waive you from a required course. Such as taking the college algebra challenge exam so you test out of the course. You don't receive credit for it and typically take a higher level course such as Calc I or if it's something like English, you take an additional English or humanities course. Challenge exams frequently get you out of taking a remedial course.
It sounds like you're looking for something that awards credit. That would be an UExcel exam. Pearson offers them and some others. CLEP exams. TECEP exams. None of these are through community colleges though. All aren't available online either.
