"HPE 180: Disconnect for Well-Being

The course will provide skills and practices to assist students to disconnect from daily stressors and focus on being fully present physically, spiritually, and emotionally. Concepts such as stress, happiness, and the 8 dimensions of wellness will be presented. Students will learn how to unplug and disconnect from stressors in a constructive way that enhances their well-being."

I have just completed this class (HPE 180) and took a different free class from them prior, so you can take as many free classes as they offer, from what I can tell.

I signed up for both, but too many things on my plate, I had to drop them... I'll try them again after I go through my current to-do-list...

The current class already started, so no one can sign up for that either.

I tried to sign up as an international student, but couldn't. The system asked for student visa information, which I don't have nor can get, since I am not in the US.
