I went to the payment screen, but then realized that the affiliate discount wasn't on my account and there was no cancel button so I (stupidly) backed out. The office had closed by the time I found the number to call to get the discount added to my account. So then I decided to just fork over the extra money and register anyways since the class would probably fill up over the weekend. But now it says I'm already registered so I can't go forward to the payment page anymore.
You can drop the course and re-add it in that same section. Doing that should allow you to proceed to the payment section, but I have no idea if they would refund you the extra cost or not if you signed up without the discount.

Looks like Hansen's class is now full and Otto's is almost full.

I think most of us were pretty nervous about the Capstone going in. I found that once I got rolling, the thing became quite manageable. The whole course is basically teaching you to write this one paper.

Think of a topic that you are passionate about. What is something that you think about or that bothers you, socially, that you could converse with someone about endlessly?
Think outside of the scope of this class. What issue would you like to solve. Ethically, environmentally, or socially. The more passionate that you are about the topic, the easier it will be to generate a dialog about it.
I am sitting at work today, and have two issues that I am thinking about. I am writing questions down on a notepad that I would have to solve in order to address the problem. Just by jotting down notes as I think about the issue, I have formed my first Chapter\Assignment.

I took an old essay from 2009 and turned it into my capstone.

I thought of that too, but most of my previous assignments from years ago back in college were no where close to this level of writing.
