Actually the banking service at TESC did turn the FEMA courses into TESC courses/credits. A specific TESC course number was assigned to each FEMA credit. When my TESC transcript was sent to Excelsior, Excelsior recorded the TESC course number, not the FEMA course number. The FEMA course numbers were not even listed on my TESC transcript. Just the TESC course numbers.
***For those new to the forum, Excelsior stopped accepting (and no longer accepts) FEMA courses transcribed from TESC. Excelsior's policy changed late last year***
