Ok so im looking for some advice.
How do i go about getting the most credits i can soon.
Im enrolled in a school currently earning my AAS. But need more credits quicker for a job.. I see people speaking of EC and thomas ed and other places like fcc ETC and hear people talking about dante and Clep.
But you can acquire a full degree with just tests can you ?
What are some tests that i can do online besides fema to get college credit ?
Because fema you just dont take the tests and wala you have college credit you have to take more tests and pay fees.

Yes and no. You can EARN a degree by testing out of the majority of subjects and then there are schools that let you exam out of the entire degree. It really depends on what the degree is in. I'm pretty sure that you will not get an engineering degree entirely from testing, at least not a very creditable college. You can take other exams besides CLEP and DSST for college credit. There are Advanced Placement (AP) exams given to students in high school hoping for college credit and then there are certification courses like Microsoft, Refigeration, etc. You can setup a credit bank at TESC for your FEMA credits and go that route but it is up to your specific college to grant you credit or not. Yes, fees suck. We all know that. You could try taking more college courses from elsewhere and apply those credits, but you would need your college's permission and advice on which ones you need/can take. LSU and Penn Foster are alternatives. You should invest more time in what CLEPs and DSSTs you can take to supplement your degree rather than looking for free creidts. You need to find the cheapest and quickest route to your degree, I recommend looking at one of the Big 3 (EC, TESC, COSC).
