That's cause they are not.
"But it does appear in the French Ministry of Education Registry: https://www.education.gouv.fr/acce_public/search.php"
This link, the registry on it, is simply applying for licensing (it even says in the upper right corner). It is not a database for accreditation or validation for higher education from the Ministry.
If it's not listed in:
1. https://www.hceres.fr/en/recherche
2. https://www.cefdg.fr/fr/ecoles-et-formations-visees
3. https://data.enseignementsup-recherche.g...eur/table/
Or checking the bag pages for:
1. https://www.enseignementsup-recherche.go...e-de-46529
2. https://www.enseignementsup-recherche.go...orat-46523
Then i would avoid it. Especially if you can not find it on ANABIN or has a score H-. An easy guide for checking this is going to the https://www.enic-naric.net/page-France and browse for Recognised Higher Education Institutions. Safest and 100% most accurate.
Thank you for the clarifications. These links will be super helpful resources for the future when we're discussing any other France-based institutions.

I have completed a bachelor's top up degree through a local institute from EIU, Paris and applied to the Naces approved international evaluations which are ECE, Globe Language Services and IFCS. They all rejected the request stating that these degrees are not accredited from French ministry of higher education. I inquired from public and private Universities of USA with the letter they provide from Validential Corp, they all replied as they don't accept this letter for graduate studies.

Thanks for the update, I thought I was clear in telling people NOT to go for them until they at least get 'some' more recognition or programmatic/secondary accreditation in addition to being recognized by the country/state they're in... Anyways, could you provide more details? I'm a little confused on what happened here...
This is how I read it, EIU local subsidiary 'top-up' Bachelors, failed NACES evaluations. Inquired with public/private institutions, they did not accept it even with a Validential evaluation. Is that correct? Did you get an evaluation from Validential indicating the study was equivalent to RA? Are you looking at a specific masters?
You should give us more details on what degree/program you're trying to get into and the institutions you wanted to get into. I think there are at least some public/private ones that will take your EIU degree that has been evaluated by Validential, the ones I know will take that as a conditional acceptance option for prospective students.

Yes. NACES member organization refused give an evaluation as the degrees are not accredited and it's not listed on the ONISEP. I sent the sample evaluation letter they give through Validential Corp to all Universities I wanted tp apply before I pay for that letter, and all institutions informed that they don't accept the letter. I was looking to apply for business management related Maters. And I asked from them whether they know any University in USA which accept a degree from EIU with Validential corp evaluation, but they were unable to provide any name of a University.
I am trying to enroll for a masters in any USA University which has proper accreditation and where I can get an accepted degree.

Hmm, that was easy to answer and get you rolling (even though you didn't do the addendum/template, at least we know what you're looking for)... EIU might have failed three NACES options, but you haven't asked IEE yet, you also have Validential as your last resort. If I had to hazard a guess, you should email IEE to see if they would evaluate EIU or not, if they say no, then try Validential to get an evaluation. You need that evaluation from Validential as a last resort and I'll give you your next steps to proceed afterward...

My question is all the Universities of USA required an evaluation from NACES member organizations, so is it worth to pay for an evaluation from Validential? I inquired about many private and public universities but they require an evaluation only from NACES member organizations.

@Kanah, you've inquired about this with 'many' public/private institutions but didn't give us any examples. Look at it this way, all universities require an evaluation from NACES, some universities will have an alternative for AICE members, and some others will have options for evaluation agencies as long as they're recognized by another state agency.
Again... What I mentioned earlier was email IEE first, an example is that IEE evaluated the ENEB Masters/MBA as undergraduate final year. With that in mind, they may evaluate the EIU Bachelors that you have, also as a final year of studies equivalent to US RA. If that is the case, you have a valid Bachelors to get into ANY Masters as long as they accept you...
If that IEE email reply informs you they do NOT evaluate EIU, then as I mentioned, your last resort is to do an evaluation with Validential because I know a few (out of the few thousand US institutions) that will accept your EIU (and others not recognized) into their graduate studies. So, follow through with the advice/recommendations and update us on your results...

Someone had mentioned in the sister forum, degreeinfo.com, that EIU has an anonymous WES-approved European university partner that issues their own diploma and transcript based on the validation of studies from EIU. You may want to contact EIU and have their WES-approval partner issue their own diploma and transcript which would lead to a full recognition / regionally accredited evaluation to continue your education.

@cacoleman1983, what was the name of the partner institution? I think that would be an option to investigate, the main thing right now is to get enough of a favorable evaluation to move into the Masters of choice if the student decides on that. I think with the IEE option, it's sufficient, but if they can get an even more favorable evaluation for the same price, that would be better.
