English Comp w/essay

Hello all! I had an intersting experience this morning. I have been waiting/dying for my English Comp test to be scored. According to the chart from College Board, my test was scored and the results mailed on July 8th. So by now, I'm eager for my results. I happened to be at our local college today just to pick up a form when I ran into the transcript administrator. She told me that if the results were mailed on the 8th, I shouldn't expect the college to receive them for a few more days yet. Well, she took pity on me and we went back to her office where her desk was piled high with papers and folders. She picked up a folder with transcripts inside and one page fell out. It just so happens that paper had my name on it! I passed!!!!!!! It was so stressful not knowing my score! On to the next one!

Congratulations! Even though it's a bit nerve-wracking just before clicking the button, it is nice to get the results of the tests just when you finish, isn't it? When I take the Eng. Comp. w/ Essay, I doubt I'll be able to concentrate on anything until I get the results.

Just thought I would let anyone who taking this exam know that I received an official transcript from the College Board in the mail today showing my score. It's possible that you will know your results before your college has a chance to open their mail and post the results to your transcript.
