Totally normal. What they're saying is, if you pass the exams during those effective dates, then those are the credits you'll get for those exams/certs.
MS Certification Exams #98-367 and #98-364 - are both expiring on 6/30/22 anyway, and you can't even purchase it; MS stopped selling vouchers back in June 2021.

Any chance resellers might have vouchers? I wish I knew about this one, it would be a pretty easy pickup for a cyber security certificate at TESU

I wouldn't waste time looking for vouchers, these are intro courses to Cybersecurity and Database Fundamentals. If you take some other courses either through ACE or NCCRS options, it'll probably be cheaper, easier, faster than those two exams. If you need these few courses and want to PLA UL courses, you can decide to go the PLA route for up to 18 credits.

The Cybersecurity cert at TESU cannot be gotten with these courses - that cert has 6 specific courses you have to take, and among the 5 certifications listed, the only one that can be used is the MS course that's expiring that will come in as CYB-120. So you'd have to take the remaining 5 courses via TESU, which would be an exorbitant price for that cert.

Thank you for that clarity, I was really planning correctly, I'll drop that cert
So far I only had CYB-220 via my sec+ cert, Seeing CYB-120 from a cert got me excited.
