Did anyone else get this mass email from TESU today?

What's new and how will this change things? Will this force people to sign up with TESU right before they graduate? You will get in trouble with TESU if you do not get a grade/take at least one class with them for each term/semester? Is that correct?  

What is TESU's goal here? Do they think this will increase the purchases of classes? Less work managing and responding to emails from students who are not currently paying for classes? All of the above?

This is about grades, esp in relation to financial aid and military tuition assistance.

So, if you're enrolled and take a TECEP to become enrolled for another year, this does not apply to you because your GPA hasn't changed (the TECEP exam is P/F and doesn't affect your GPA).
