Easiest to hardest!
#1
I know everyone is different but I was wondering which test were the easiest to study for and which were harder in your personal opinions. I haven't been to school in some time so I'm a bit rusty! Thank you (:

For me easiest to hardest,
(1/10)Analyzing and interperting litarture CLEP and college comp Modular CLEP needed no study
(3/10)MAT-105 TECEP, college math CLEP needed almost no study just a bit of review. Also ENG-201 TECEP and ENC-102
(4/10)Computer application and information system CLEP/DSST were pretty easy for me. studied for a week or so
(5/10)Marketing was so long ago one of the first I had taken was not too bad
(6/10) Managment Information Systems, CMP-354 TECEP, and Principles of Financial Accounting (discontiouned)
(7/10) Principles of supervison DSST, this was suprisingly hard to me and my friends. I didn't understand half the shit on it but we all passed. I failed the CLEP version -_-
(10/10) Business Math DSST, It's so bad.

Oh, also Straighterlines are all super easy

easiest was Analyzing and Interpreting,
hardest were the the Ethics DSSTs (of course they were done on the same day and it was the last thing I had to do for my BS - maybe that's the extra pressure),
the other 12 I took were somewhere in between.

Also, someday maybe a MS in Forensic Psychology, just for fun.   Oh, and a BS in Animal Behavior.  And, maybe when I'm 85 a PhD in something fun.

Many of us started out rusty lol. The tests are not nearly as hard as you're expecting because the info is there for you to learn (Instant Cert flash cards, study guides, and practice tests are all you need). So, imo, it's not so much that a certain test is harder- but rather it's more a matter of how well you can learn /retain. For me, studying for tests I had interest or experience in were significantly easier than subjects I struggled with. (I ended up taking math and science as a class because I just couldn't get it to stick in my brain)
Imo, I think you should start with something that interests you-at least sort of- or that you have some experience with, and then try that one first. If you really like reading, the analyzing and interpreting literature exam is the best choice. If you work in the business world or have some computer skills, go in that direction. If you're an avid people watcher, then sociology or psychology are good choices. After your first test, if it goes well, dive in! These are all multiple choice exams, and so really the answers are given, you just have to pick it out of the mix. Smile
