ENEB Master Thread
I want to provide an update regarding a detailed 45-minute discussion I had with ECE today. The Evaluator from their team reached out to me to clarify some important details pertaining to my situation. Here’s the background I’ve shared before:

1. I’m currently working on completing my US Bachelor's degree through the generous 113-credit transfer program at Excelsior University.

2. After transferring around 60 US credits, my plan is to utilize the ENEB Master's program to gain additional Bachelors-level credits to transfer more credits to Excelsior. This is possible because ECE evaluated the ENEB program as equivalent to a US regionally accredited Bachelor's degree, classifying the upper division credits at 2.5 credits each. Fortunately, Excelsior has confirmed that these 2.5 credits from the FCE report satisfy the 3-credit requirement for their courses.

3. However, it’s essential to note that ECE and Excelsior have an agreement stating that Excelsior will only accept the Subject Analysis Report for any Spain transfer credits. The entire report costs $365.00, which is mentioned on ECE's Excelsior Page.

Now, here’s what I learned from my conversation with the ECE Evaluator today:

1. ECE no longer accepts ENEB transcripts because ENEB is not an officially registered center in the Ministry of Education's RUCT directory. As we know, ENEB is affiliated with Universidad Isabel I, which does not issue transcripts.

To conduct my Subject Analysis Report for Excelsior, ECE now requires the Ui1 diplomas. These diplomas are accepted as they include an Electronic Document Evaluation Code on the second page.

However, there is a key stipulation. Since ENEB transcripts previously provided grades for each course and are now deemed invalid, evaluations must now rely solely on Ui1 diplomas, which list the courses but do not provide individual grades. ECE can only evaluate these diplomas with each course now receiving a designation of [S] for Satisfactory or [P] for Pass.

The implication here is that if the report indicates an [S] for all courses, it corresponds to grades A, B, or C, which Excelsior accepts as transferable credits for Upper Division Bachelor's courses (300 & 400 level). The designation [P] for Pass could imply a grade of D, which US institutions typically do not accept. Spain lacks a 'D' grade in its grading system, thus using [S] ensures that all courses will be recognized as 3-credit courses for transfer.

I expect to receive my Subject Analysis Report from ECE by early next week, and I’ll be sure to upload it and keep you updated.

That's a good update, some info on ECE and how they'll take the evaluations now... I wonder if IEE has changed anything else recently, hmm... BTW, what are the requirements to become adjunct professor for ENEB? I think, for a personable individual such as myself, I like teaching, may want to go into that later in life though...

Things change so rapidly. I'm not sure if other FCEs have the same policy.

You will need to contact ENEB directly and ask if they have any open positions available for teaching as an Adjunct Professor. Second, it doesn't pay that well; about 60Euro/hour and right now they only need MasterClass teachers to teach live sessions, about 3-6 times a month.

Honestly, this is a great opportunity for me, but it is a stepping-stone for me to seek more full-time Adjunct position in other schools. So, I've been applying to other schools. Plus, I'm in this Masters program full time so ENEB works out for me. I am fine doing about 6 hours a month. It's great on the Resume and it's a careerbuilder.

If you scroll alllllll the way to the bottom of the page on ENEB there's a "Join Us" link. It's under the accreditations banner. That's the application form Smile

So this thread is a bit unwieldy at over 330 pages. Forgive me for asking something that has already been answered.

I'm interested in the testing option at ENEB. Ideally I'd like to do an MBA + Human Resources + Project Management. Can I do these three as a Global MBA or can I not choose these options?

If I can do this, can anyone recommend the cheapest options right now? Is it really ~$700 for the program and the test combined? Of course that's dirt cheap for 3 degrees but just wondering if I'm looking at the right things.

Will all master's programs be backed by Isabel? Or just the MBA?

Is it pointless the get the PM Masters since most of these options have a PM certificate?

Again, apologies if all this has already been answered.

Thanks guys!

Around $700 for 3 degrees and the exam option if you don't need Isabel diplomas or hard copies with notarization and apostille. Around $1,000 if you do. I got the hard copies just to be safe.

If you do 3 random Master's you get 3 separate Master's degrees. They don't create a new Global MBA for you.

What's pointless or not depends on the job you're trying to get with the degree. I decided a Master's would look more impressive and potentially be more useful to me than a Certificate.

You get a separate apostille and notarization for both every ENEB diploma and every Isabel one. They also gave me a physical version of my NLP diploma as well as an apostille and notarization despite that I hadn't gotten my digital version.

The physical ENEB diplomas display an average grade (GPA) for all courses, whereas my digital ENEB diplomas show an individual grade for all courses. The physical Isabel diplomas are identical to the digital ones.

I wondered sometimes if it felt worth it to pay this much for ENEB. Now that I actually have the diplomas and apostilles in hand that I could use for Immigration to somewhere, surprisingly yes it does.

If I may ask, which country are you planning on using your ENEB diploma to immigrate to? Most people here ask about the UI1 diploma so I’m curious.

what would be the cheapest way to do this? How often do discount deals for the global Mba pop up?

Thanks for the help in advance

I think you could likely use that link to get the English Global MBA. The Global MBA is not a specific program but rather the MBA plus two Master's degrees. I believe Customer Service mentioned that you will not receive a separate diploma indicating 'Global MBA.'

299 for a Double Program (2 Master's or 1 MBA + 1 Master's) is a common discounted price. They frequently offer discounts.

The cheapest way to complete the program is to choose the essay-based version. It's probably also where you’ll learn the most, as it emphasizes applying theory to practice rather than just preparing for a test. Additionally, accepting the digital certificates will save costs.

I'm doing the program mainly for the learning experience. Instead of just reading some books, I find the curriculum decent. I'm still on the old version of the program, and while the material isn’t very modern and seems to have been translated from Spanish, I consider the content good, especially for the price.

I already have two regular Bachelor's degrees and an LL.M. from top-rated traditional universities in my country, so I’m not using ENEB to earn credits or a diploma.

Thanks for your response. From the looks of things, doing the 3 masters separately would likely be a lot cheaper.

You state that just taking the 3 masters would be the same as doing the global mba program. However, the comment below of this same thread, makes it seem like the 3 separate masters are some courses short of the global MBA, and are not the exact same. Does anyone have any more info on this?

(09-25-2024, 11:47 AM)slammX Wrote: Per the course validation guide the old MBA + BI + PM programs together are actually 8 courses short of the Global MBA. Even the new MBA + BI + PM still falls 4 courses short of the Global MBA.

I also asked ENEB whether I could get the Global MBA instead of the 3 separate Masters - they said no as I would need to complete the 8 additional courses first. This was before any of my diplomas had been processed.

I did a course by course comparison across the four programs. If you do the new MBA + Big Data + Project Management, you would still have to complete the following subjects from the Global MBA, unless you completed them as part of a different program:

  1. Commercial Distribution
  2. Fintech and Blockchain
  3. Human Resources and Business
  4. Process Quality
If you completed completed the old MBA + Big Data + Project Management, per the ENEB validation guide of old courses to new courses, you would still be short the following subjects:

  1. Fintech and Blockchain
  2. Human Resources and Business
  3. Management Accounting
  4. Marketing Analytics
  5. Marketing Strategy
  6. Operations Management
  7. Strategic Management
  8. Talent Management
You would get credits for Human Resources and Business if you did either of the following three subjects under the old programs:

  1. Corporate Communication
  2. Human Resources Management
  3. Occupational Risks Prevention
You would get credits for Operations Management if you did either of the following three subjects under the old programs:

  1. Warehouse Management
  2. International Trade III
That said, ENEB requires that you still enroll for a program and pay the fee before they give you the credits, just like you had to pay the full price for the old Project Management course despite having done more than 60% of the coursework under the old MBA program. You'd have to enroll for the Global MBA first - the fact that you might have completed all the subjects as part of other courses would be irrelevant to them. And so far I haven't seen any discounts for that program anywhere (unless you're doing it in Spanish, or the Spanish discount works for the English school too).

I've attached the subject validation guide so you can see for yourself.
i still did not get, why everyone is hot for the "global mba". I know it has a bit more credits, but what is it good for?

where could you use them for immigration purposes? Canada for a fact wouldn't accept them.

...and yes, I do teach at ENEB now.

How would ECE decide to give S or P ?

Like, mike U1 Diploma says "Modules" included with no grade.

And, did you send your PDF's to ECE as well as the password, for them to verify the diploma on an electronic basis?

Hey,

I recently received the ENEB confirmation form where I have to fill in the details (name, email, ID) that will appear on my diploma.

Can I fill out this form again after having filled it out previously? To make sure the information is correct.
