They said I had to pay the $45 for EACH diploma and to let them know when I had finished. Lo and behold when you try to pay, you can only pay for one diploma at a time and it restricts purchases to once every 24 hours. I attempted to update my student ID ("ID card") number to something I could actually remember at the same time, then I sent them an Email saying I had updated my name and ID card number as well as that I had 3 diplomas but instead of being granted a Global Diploma had been granted 3 separate ones. We'll see what they say.

Took mine for 3 diplomas in December as well. Have received 2 of 3 digital UI1 diplomas, and 0 hard copy diplomas.
Nope. I sent an email to them on July 15th (90 days after the digital delivery) and received the following:

I am new to the US education system. I am planning to enroll in RA Master program.
For this, I will evaluate my ENEB Masters. What will be better for my purpose IEE evaluation as a graduate certificate or ECE evaluation as a bachelor's degree?

Generally, it really depends on the student. If you don't have a Bachelors already, then the ECE option to indicate you have a Bachelors to apply towards a Masters. If you already have a Bachelors, then the IEE evaluation, so you can try to transfer credits into a Masters of your choice (if they allow it).

It looks like I will only get a handful of As and mostly Bs/B+s depending on the grading scale IEE will use as there are a couple of different 10-point scales. You also cannot revise a project for a higher grade if you pass on the first attempt.
In December 2023 I sent my homework for executive coaching, and got a 10, however, I put in around 15-20 hours for that assignment. But in the last two weeks I sent the remaining 10 assignments (as I had register to the program in February 23rd, and my 18 months were finishing), but I only put around 5-10 hours per assignment. I got the following grades:
Simullation Modellings, New Technologies and Benchmarking 7.60
Warehouse Management 8.70
Process and Quality Management 8.00
Financial Management 7.80
E-Commerce 8.90
Personnel Management and Organizational Behaviour 8.60
NLP (Neuro - Linguistic Programming) 8.50
Executive Coaching 10.00
International Trade II 8.40
International Trade 9.20
Supply Chain Management 8.40

I got my second assignment back in Emotional Intelligence. I rec'd a 9. I'm satisfied with it, it's an A after all.
Here are the comments made; it appears they are specific to the student and their assignment.

Feedback for each question/exercise:
- Question 1: Analysis of the Context
- You provided a comprehensive analysis of Lisa's situation using the SWOT framework effectively. Your identification of Lisa’s weaknesses, including her authoritarian style and lack of emotional intelligence, was detailed and accurate. However, your analysis could benefit from a bit more focus on the potential implications of her behavior on the broader organization and its culture. Consider expanding on the long-term consequences if no changes are made.
- Question 2: Personal and Communicative Skills
- Your in-depth examination of Lisa’s personal and communicative skills was thorough. You successfully identified the skills she possesses and those she lacks, giving concrete explanations to support your points. Justification was clear and logical, linking back to the case details effectively.
- Question 3: Identifying Stress Factors
- You pinpointed various stress factors in Lisa's work environment and how they impact her performance and relationships. The stress management strategies you suggested, such as creating an open culture, regular feedback channels, and promoting engagement, were well-thought-out and relevant. However, a more structured presentation of these strategies (e.g., bullet points or a clear step-by-step approach) might enhance clarity.
- Question 4: Improving her Well-being
- You connected well with the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, providing sound recommendations for habits Lisa should adopt. The justifications were strong and clearly tied to improving both her well-being and operational efficacy. Including real-life examples of how these habits could be integrated into her daily routine would provide more practical guidance.
- Question 5: Developing an Action Plan
- The action plan you designed was detailed and covered key elements such as self-management, empathy, leadership skills, and communication. You incorporated theories like Neuro-Linguistic Programming, which demonstrates originality and a creative approach. The weekly structure for coaching and follow-up sessions was particularly effective. However, adding specific, measurable outcomes and timelines would add practical value to the plan.

Summary and Reflection:
Overall, your analysis demonstrated a robust understanding of emotional intelligence concepts and applied them effectively to the case. You identified critical issues in Lisa's leadership and proposed well-founded strategies for improvement. The creativity and originality in your solutions, particularly in the action plan, were commendable.
For future improvement, focus on providing more precise measurable outcomes and timelines in your plans. Additionally, ensure strategies are clearly structured for easy implementation.
Reflective Questions:
- How can Lisa balance her strong analytical skills with emotional intelligence to improve her leadership?
- What steps can she take to build trust and collaboration within her team?
- How can Lisa effectively incorporate regular, constructive feedback into her management style?
- What methods can Lisa use to differentiate constructive criticism from unreasonable demands?
- How can Lisa incorporate more empathy and active listening into her daily interactions?

For an extra cost, you can get the 'certified' copies for the diploma, Hague Apostille, exam option, etc. You really need to decipher what you're looking for before starting your ENEB journey. For me, I just wanted the extra knowledge and to fill learning gaps if any, not for evaluation or transfer of credits.
