The above info is a bit misleading. You are not paying for the "digital copy." You are paying the tuition for the MBA or Master's degree. Once you complete your degree, they send you a digital copy for free. It's ONLY when you order a hard copy or a hard copy with the Hague apostille and notarization certificate that you will pay a fee. There is also a fee if you order a digital copy with the Hague Apostille and/or Notarization Certification. But, if you just want your degree in digital form with nothing, it's free.

Let me clarify so you hopefully understand. 

The PDF Link is simply this: 97 Euro (about $107 USD) for one degree & 105 Euro (about $117 USD) for two Masters (MBA+Masters). 

As I said before, you are paying the Tuition for the degree, and when you finish, you will get a DIGITAL copy for FREE. ENEB does not charge to email you a Digital Diploma. 

The PDF says if you choose to pay your tuition and ask for a Physical Copy, then you pay (181, 214, or 240 Euro), and you will get a package in the mail. 

If you choose to have the PHYSICAL COPY with the Hague Apostille and/or Notarized, you pay (244, 269, or 289 Euro). 

The fees are not in addition to tuition, they are included when you pay the preferred option you choose. 

For example, I am paying for 2 Masters (105 Euro). When I am done, they will send you your digital diplomas for free. No additional Charge.

To avoid having to keep going back and forth, I suggest that if anyone has any questions, CONTACT ENEB  and ask them directly. People keep reading through the lines and making unfounded remarks to confuse others. There has NEVER been a difference between ENEB and Isabel charging different fees. The PDF makes the fees very clear on what you get for the option you choose.

I have attached the ENEB Administrative FEES Schedule. You can see that (For example) 3 Hard Copy Dipolmas are $795.00 USD under INTERNATIONAL. The fee for the Hague Apostille for each Diploma is $135.00 USD. 

I can't speak for the fluctuation in currencies nor whether ENEB lowered or increased their prices over the last three years. But ask THEM.

There is no actual link to any ordering page for the diplomas that I can find, so I just replied to the Email asking how to order.

You can click on the diploma delivery options embedded in the PDF file.

Of course I mailed the ENEB-Team.

While waiting for the answer I checked their website https://eneb.com/legal-advice/:

The digital diplomas from ENEB are included completely free of charge. If you wish to obtain diplomas issued by the University Isabel I, you will need to make the corresponding payment for the processing, issuance, and shipping of said diplomas. You can choose one of three delivery formats: digital, physical, or physical with the Apostille of The Hague and notarized certification by paying the corresponding fees for this extraordinary service. The physical diploma maintains the same content, form, and signature as the diploma issued in digital format. Each payment corresponds to one shipment; therefore, if you make a single payment with multiple diplomas included, you are agreeing to receive all the diplomas in a single shipment. Thus, you must complete all the training programs involved to be able to receive the shipment.

So they indeed changed that and we will have to pay for the Isabel diplomas.

It would be interesting to know when they changed it and therefor who will have to pay for the Isabel diplomas from now on.
