ENEB Master Thread
"When our students finish the Business Spanish Program, they can sign up for our Job Opportunities List, as ENEB Business School has agreements with significant business firms dealing with students’ placement in different professional sectors."
I asked Eneb to name a few firms, but they will only share this information with enrolled students.
Found this: https://eneb.com/about-eneb/partner-companies/
https://eneb.com/about-eneb/internship-program/
has anyone looked into this?

Even if you're not going to be able to work for one of those big names, this sounds like an intriguing possibility for people who want to move abroad. Assuming, of course, that it's even halfway legitimate. Hopefully, someone who has gone through the program will be able to tell us the realities of the situation.

ENEB does appear to be working a lot to set up partnerships with companies and bring in successful speakers with their live classes and seminars. That's actually impressive, and I wonder why more American schools aren't doing that given how high our schools charge for tuition. Heck, our schools should be able to get top business moguls in every week and make it part of the assignment structure with how much money these colleges are charging us here.

ENEB just has to get a stronger grasp on how the American system works. I get that it's hard to have a grasp on every system in the world, but still, it's just that the MCA deal doesn't do anything in the United States. Our system is awfully strict compared to many others, no doubt, but I agree with the way our system moves with regard to that one. A diploma without a matching transcript is just an expensive trophy.

I'm tempted to see if I can bend the system a bit. Pay the money for the MCA validation, then entreat MCA independently with my diploma and say, "Hey, can I get a transcript, your website says so on this page?"

I would not even bother with corresponding with MCA, they're not NA or RA, so they're pretty much just state recognized. It wont mean much at all, I would be happy the way it currently is with Universidad Isabel I, and forget whatever they're working on with MCA altogether. I would not even touch MCA with a 10 foot pole, unless they get accredited. I've seen their affiliations with other schools, it all seems like they're "partnering" with their sister companies and subsidiaries...

The move that could've been made with them as a U.S. based state approved school, would've been to use the unaccredited Master's to gain entry into Doctoral programs that accept unaccredited master's degrees and sidestep the foreign degree evaluation process since some evaluators will only evaluate the ENEB program as an RA bachelor's or for graduate credit. But without the matching transcript it can't be done, making the MCA deal pointless.

You're making me realize that there weren't too many in-class guests in my undergrad years. I do recall speakers like First Lady Bush, then-candidate Obama, and SoS Albright for out-of-class discussions and campaign stops, and Presidents Clinton/Bush-41 spoke at our commencement ceremony a couple years after they'd first teamed up for Hurricane Katrina recovery efforts. I wasn't in a Business or preprofessional program though, so maybe it's more common to have these types of guests in classes geared toward creating a new crop of local community leaders?

We may just be overhyping ENEB! A propio in Spain is just that. The arrangement with I2 was a marginal good one for ENEB. The arrangement with MCA is a waste of money and a useless piece of paper. It took away the genuine effort many of us made before this millish arrangement with mca.

I don't know, but I wouldn't expect political leaders to be showing up to business classes. That would make more sense for political science. I'm just saying that if a school charging less than $300 can get successful business professionals in to give live classes on a regular basis, surely schools in the U.S. charging $60,000 and more should be able to do it, too.
