 Has anyone taken this exam? What can you tell me about it. I don't find flashcards for it and unless I missed it, I didn't see any feedback for it. I'm debating about taking it and I'm wondering what it's like. I'm down to my last few exams for my BSLS and need some I can take quickly. Any suggestions or info is greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

I just sat this exam on Tuesday. I actually failed it the first time!! You have to be familiar with all the theories and be able to apply situations to them..this was the difficult part. There is a second text that you need, Juvenile readings, that goes into everything in detail..It was an oky exam..the questions are rather ambiguous..and the answers are confusing!!..I'm sorry, if I didn't have to take this exam, I wouldn't..however my field is in education..so...had to...good luck!

Have you taken the Juvenile deliquency ECE yet? I am hoping to take it in the next couple of weeks, but I cannot find any study material. There are two books at the library, but they are rather big, and I don't want to read the entire book for no reason. Thanks in advance!

Just checking to see if there are any new posters out there that have taken this exam. I am having a hard time finding anything outside of what Excelsior lists for resources. I generally use the books they suggest but wanted to see if there was anything out there in the way of flash cards or sparknotes? Any help or information on this test would be appreciated. It is my final test needed for my degree.

I was going to take this too, but now a little nervous. I need an upper level test, something I can pass. I have a slight interest in this topic, but cant afford to fail an ECE cuz if i have to take a test twice, I might as well take the class!

I'll be taking it soon. I haven't jumped into studying it yet, but looking at the exam description, it isn't much different than any other social science exam. Know the paradigms, know the various definitions of the main topic, understand the general framework of the text and memorize the glossary. BOOM! You can pass a test :coolgleam:
