I had an exam scheduled for a Uexcel test (1 of my last 2!!!). On my drive to it I got into a car accident. I called the testing center bu they told me they could not do anything. The college was not reachable due to it being Saturday. I've been trying to figure this out the past two days and I am just being volleyed back and forth between Pearson Vue and Uexcel. Has anybody ever been in this position? If so what did you do?

Hi! First off - I hope you weren't injured in the accident!
The night before one of my UExcel's I decided to "relax" by doing some yard work...Big mistake! I wrenched my back so badly I was literally unable to move. By morning, I knew I would never make it to the test.
I contacted both the Pearson Vue test center and Excelsior to let them know I had to cancel my exam. I was not penalized in any way grade wise but lost the entire prepaid test fee.
This was back in 2014, so I don't know if the policy has changed...
Hope this info is of some help.
