I have completed the Interpersonal Communications Concepts course in the Dream Degree program. I am wanting to know how long it takes for Dream Degree (Align Degrees) to post it to an American Council on Education (ACE) transcript. I completed it several weeks ago (at least 3 weeks ago) and at that time requested it be added to my transcript on my ACE transcript account. It is still "pending" on my transcript account. Dream Degree customer service and student services is not helpful at all. Any information will be helpful.
Thanks

3 weeks sounds like way too long of a time. Are you sure you put the correct day of completion? Straighterline/ALEKs posts their courses on ACE almost daily. Took about a week to get that free ethics course to go on the transcript, penn foster took a couple of days, TEEX was less than a week.
CCAF Air & Space Operations Technology- COMPLETE
TESC AS - General Managment-COMPLETE
TESC BSBA Computer Information Systems-COMPLETE
WGU MBA IT -COMPLETE

Thanks for the response gingerbeefE, I have put the correct date of completion. I also took the free ethics course(Ethics and the CPCU Code of Professional Conduct from the American Institute For Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters/The Institutes), it was posted to my ACE transcript account the next day. My ALEKS posted quickly also.

Glen,
Has it shown up on your transcripts yet? I am signed up to start Interpersonal Communications with them tomorrow (I signed up nearly 2 months ago, and just received a message an hour ago stating that the class begins tomorrow...) Still wondering if this is even legit.

I just called them, the answering system is useless and there is no one to talk to. So I emailed them. I've gotten two "Congratulations" emails, one today and one on Thursday, both stating that I am registered for the class tomorrow but I haven't gotten login information yet.
I sent them an email on the website but yeah... it's a bit frustrating so far.

I haven't gotten mine either.

That makes me nervous. I don't think it's ever taken me or my kids more than 1-2 days. Sometimes it's a few hours. You should follow up.

I still have not received credit for Personal Communications Concept. It has been more than a month of trying to communicate with this organization. I received an email today stating that my next course starts tomorrow. I have sent three emails to request my credit be sent to ACE. I have also left two voice messages. No response. Very disappointed in this educational organization. I do not think Align Degrees/Dream Degree is adequately prepared for this particular undertaking.
