Oklahoma State University started offering an online DHCA program in Fall 2022. Accepted students can potentially transfer up to 30 credits from their master's degree. Since the program is new and likely going through changes, I do not know whether the catalog is accurate. So far, there appears to be no research project. Letters of recommendation are optional. Out-of-state students will be charged a reduced rate for online-only students.

With no transfer credits, this program is just a little more expensive than VUL's. With 30 transfer credits from a related master's degree, this program will be a lot cheaper than VUL's, and you won't need two master's degrees or externship hours.

Interesting find , makes me wonder if there is a dissertation required , capstone , or research project as well. The courses look very interesting

I found an article. The program doesn't require a dissertation. It doesn't say anything about an applied research project or capstone. If your master's degree is older than 10 years, you'll have to take two refresher courses.

Those fees are really attractive, especially if you have a master's. Comes out cheaper than VUL! Nice find!

I don’t think being a RA school is a criteria for not accepting ENEB. Other RA schools have accepted ENEB. I think each school has its own admissions policy. But I do appreciate your feedback. 

My only concern would be that this DHA requires the 30 credit transfer to be a student that already has a masters “in the healthcare field” for the DHA to be less time to complete. Not sure if an MBA or any Business Masters (or other Masters) would fall into that criteria. Seems to me that really one must have a MHA or similar degree to be considered for the 30 credit transfer.
