Where do I find something that shows the letter grade that is equivalent to scores for the DSST and CLEP exams?

Even though TESC doesn't assign letter grades for CLEP & DSST exams (you either pass or not), I've been curious what my scores on the ones I've taken translated to. Interesting, I didn't do bad at all!
