I don't see any threads concerning DSST Statistics exam since 2019. Has anyone taken it more recently? Does anyone know if the z, t, and chi-squared tables are included? I'm going to a testing center that doesn't allow me to bring my own calculator and I read that the DSST test doesn't include a graphing calculator in the program. Are any formulas included with the test? The DSST booklet doesn't specify anything except that some type of ztable will be included along with a basic calculator. Advice? Comments?

It appears that there may not have been many current conversations regarding the DSST Statistics test. I advise searching CLEP and DSST exam-related communities, such Reddit, or specialized educational forums for up-to-date experiences or study advice.

I took the DSST Statistics exam recently—yes, a basic z-table is provided, formulas are included, and the on-screen calculator is basic but sufficient for what's needed.

The use of a non-programmable calculator is
permitted in this exam. A standard normal table, also
called the unit normal table or z table is provided as a
reference within the exam. The table will appear as the
first few items within the exam. It is advised that test
takers “mark for review” these items so they can refer
to the table throughout the exam.
