Could they be graded?

I took 4 DSSTs on scantron and they were sent to Prometric last Tuesday. I noticed yesterday that they finally charged my bank account. Does this mean my tests have all been graded? I tried calling but the rep wasn't helpful (she was actually a little rude). All I want to know is if there's a chance the tests have been graded since they finally took the money out. Anyone know?

You are charged when your exam scantron is checked in. Grading should happen within days (I believe this is done twice a week). Once it is scored (graded), any of the reps would be able to at least tell you this has happened by looking you up in their computer system (name and SS#). They won't be able to tell you what you scored, just that it has been scored.
