Confused on how to transcribe my credits to ACE

I just get my first online credit with The Essentials of Managing Conflict course on Sophia.com (pretty nice course by the way).

Im redy to send this course/credit to my ACE account, and I get the next email from Sophia.org

To request a transcript, please contact us at learningcoach@sophia.org and provide the name and address of your college/university.   There is no charge for an official Sophia transcript to be sent to your school. 
 
Alternatively, you can also request an official ACE transcript through the American Council on Education’s student portal.  Please note that a fee is charged for ACE transcripts. Click here  for the ACE student portal site. 

They talk about some fees to transcript the course to ACE account, but as i research before this is free...

Go to https://www2.acenet.edu/credit/?fuseacti...ripts.main
Register or login, course search, search the provider, select the course you completed, click add to transcript, enter the completion date, submit for review. Done.
No cost at this point, only a small fee once you request the complete ACE transcript.

The fee is only for when you want to send the ACE transcript to a school - otherwise, it's free to just let your credits sit there.

I have the same email. For excelsior you dont have to do it on a ace. Im wondering if you can get both. One ace and one send to excelsior if need it.

i have no clue what this is about. Just collect all the alt credits at ACE registry and decide later if you need transcripts from them.

I just add the course in my ACE account as people suggest here, now is pending review.

So, what the mean with:

You would normally only want a transcript when you apply to a school or want to send credit for completed courses to a school you are already enrolled in.

Well i have one creditpoint. I can choose to put it on a ace transcript or send it to excelsior directly. I dont have a, school yet. So im wondering if i can first put it on a ace transcript. And if excelsior is my school send it from sophia to excelsior(because they accept sophia only direct and not on ace).

I think you must first get all the courses and credits before enrolling and transcript; to transcript you must be enrolled in the college, once you enrolled you must pay term to term fee, so the best way is to wait you have all your credits/courses and then enroll and send the transcript, then you can pay enrolling fees and finish your capstone in one term so you dont need to keep paying term to term fees.

Yesterday I submit the cyber 101 to ACE and it took couple hrs to approve it. It did not take more than 1 business day to review and making final decision
