@geissingert, I'm thinking that when you said she enrolled in April 2018, that was a typo and you meant that she applied in April 2019, which is causing confusion. Am I correct?
Anyway, the point of the Accuplacer is to make sure the student functions in English and Math as a level appropriate for a college freshman. If she did well on her English and Math courses, she should do fine on the Accuplacer. It would be simplest to just take it. If she passes, then you just move forward.
