Well then, you have me stumped. Maybe they no longer have the 365 agreement discussed on the link I posted above. Which makes sense, if they converted from Outlook 365 to Google email.

I've had Google email since I began in August 2020. I've never had Outlook. I've also always accessed my email on MaineStreet.

Right, I understand. But since the Maine systems used to use Outlook 365 (apparently before you were a student), I'm assuming the link I shared was based on back when they were still using that instead of Google, which you use.
