With the current situation, many colleges which have switched to online-only are now allowing non-enrolled students to take courses as well.
Coffeyville , for example, only costs $134 per credit hour for out of state students. Anyone know of some that are cheaper? (I'm in Mass, looking to take Ochem I&II).

Not for organic chemistry. We have a post on cheap community college credits, though. Be careful with Luna because they were on probation or something from what I remember.

Luna Community College was a college i mentioned in a posting recently. While I didn't provide its name, it was the college that said that I couldn't take a course because I resided in a state with which it did not have a SARA agreement.
I do not think that they teach Organic Chemistry.
Predication is important to me. I think it sets a bar for an acceptable level of educational rigor. SARA, I think, is a step too far. Maybe it's because I don't completely understand the issue.
