I failed English Comp w/essay, though they told my school I had passed.

Sorry to hear. Which course/exam was this? CLEP?

I failed by one point. Took straighterline english 101 through Ft. Hays. Wanted to take English 102 straighterline through Ft. Hays. Spoke with them this week. They are not accepting 102 and have no plans on accepting 102 anytime in the future. The only supposedly parntership school with straighterline that was accepting english 102 is Potomac. After about 15 calls to Potomac found out that they are not accepting english 102 through straighterline unless you sign up and take courses from their school. One three hour class costs $1,345.00. Cost prohibitive for me.
If anyone knows of an accelerated english 102, please post. I'm desperately looking for this one myself.
