So, for the September graduation I am shooting for, I could be finishing up some courses at the end of June when I apply? Have people actually had their credits transfer that close to the graduation date?

You can be finishing courses near the end of August, if necessary. Yes, there are numerous examples in the threads here of people doing that.

I didn't have time to be more detailed before. Here's how the graduation process works. After the graduation application deadline passes, sometime within the next month and half, the graduation office will audit your credits. If you have everything at that time, you will get an email telling you so. If not, you will get an email indicating that you don't have the credits and indicating the date of a second audit (some people have only received one audit). If you don't pass the first (or second audit), email the graduation office explaining what credits you still have coming. Stay in contact, updating them of any delays, they will work with you to expedite evaluation of any last minute transcripts you send. People have brought credits in VERY close to the end of the second month, but there's no firm deadline we can point at. If for any reason you don't get the credits in, they will roll your application over to the next graduation cycle.

For September it would look like this:

July 1 - application deadline
Mid-Late July - Possible first audit
Early August - Second (or maybe only audit)
Sometime near the end of August - Last chance to get your credits in

Does anyone have any details on the "Supplemental Graduation Information" form? I got an email that I have to send it immediately for them to process my graduation application.
I filled out the information they had already (student ID, name, email, phone) but left the employer information and the comment box about sent transcripts blank. Just thought it was an odd form

I guess you noticed that only a few fields are required. I don't think I ever submitted that form. But maybe they would have looked at my application sooner if I had.

The bottom box is good! It's like a request for them to speed up evaluation of a transcript or transcripts.

Regarding employer, I wonder if they're just collecting data.

Thanks, yeah, I guess I just didn't want to tell them to hurry up and evaluate the few transcripts they haven't gotten yet, aha. They're pretty quick to evaluate/add to my transcript once they have them, but I'm still finishing up Study.com and haven't even started the Chinese lit course from BYU besides paying and getting the textbook.

You're probably right about the employer stuff, in my confirmation email they say it's vital for 'fundraising' and 'building corporate partnerships'

Had to come back here and check, shooting for Sep graduation but am running behind, probably won't finish until mid July. Glad to have my memory reaffirmed that I can still finish courses in July :-)

A question about the residency waiver. I am working on both AA(3 courses left) and BS(7courses and 2 labs left). Leaving Japan and coming back to US so I slowed down a bit as busy prepping for the move. I plan to finish the AA and graduarte on Dec. I will have to pay for the residency waiver. Can i used that waiver fee for both degree given i finish the remaining courses for my BS and graduate by June?

TESU is not very clear on their policy, but it seems to be only allowed if you graduate with both at the same time. So if someone graduates with the Assoc degree first, then would have to pay again.
