I'm taking CSU Global's Organizational Development - HRM460 CBE in the next couple of days. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I have read through most of the book and I'm doing pretty good on the chapter quizzes so I think I'll be okay but I'm still nervous.
Also does anyone know how long they take to be graded? And what happens if you fail them twice? Can you pay for the course again or do you have to wait?
Thanks so much.

Hello there,
I have taken three CBEs. Unfortunately, I have not taken the one you are taking.
The test is more difficult than the practice tests. You do have two attempts to pass so, don't stress out! Here is what you need to know!
I was allowed to use scratch paper and I suggest you do! Here is why! You get to keep what you write down! I scored a 69 on my first try of political science (I should have taken it another day since I was sick smh)
I used the stuff I had written down so the next time I would pass and I did

The second attempt had the same questions, so please do take scratch paper and write down the questions you are not sure about.
Oh the leading authentically and negotiating skills courses, there were a total of 6 questions which had a written component. The questions were about the type of leader I was, why emotional intelligence is important in leadership, elaborate the differences between interpersonal, intrapersonal, passive and active listening and how information flows through an organization. If there is a written component, you will not get a score right away. It takes 48-72 hours to be graded. I freaked out since no one told me so don't freak out. You have been warned

You are required to be alone so make sure you have a quiet place with a desk to take your test! You will be required to show the room with your webcam.
Good luck!! You can do it!

Wow! That's such a great idea about the scratch paper!!! I never would have thought of that! In fact, I saw that you could use scratch paper and thought "why would you use scratch paper for a business course?" haha. It doesn't seem like very many people have taken these because there isn't very much feedback about them on degree forum so thank you so much for replying! I feel much better now

Is this true about the second test being the same exact one?
Can anyone confirm for systems analysis and design and IT project management. If so, that would be awesome!

I will definitely let you know! Yes I'm enrolled for the Organizational Development and the Negotiations and Conflict Management.
Yb1: If I take mine both twice then I'll let you know if they were the same both times, and that might give you an idea of if the ones you are taking might just have one version as well.

It was for my political science test. I have a friend who has taken 3 other CBE's and she confirmed the tests were the same. Does this mean it is always like that? I can't say that with 100 certainty. Good luck on your test!!

I thought that Gremlin was transferring the test to COSC or another school. If that's the case, then he or she is not a matriculated student at CSU Global.
