I don't think it has been officially listed as such yet. However, it has met the Oral Comm requirement for some here on the forum, so I am operating under the assumption that it will. You should pre-plan it with advising if you're concerned.
Otherwise, you can take it and roll the dice. Worst case, it should come in as a GenEd elective.
