My husband is trying to finish up a bachelor's in CS, he had a bad experience with DeVry (years ago) and is trying to find out what would work for him to get a degree to pretty much check a box at work. He is willing to do classes at Sophia if needed. Leaning towards TESU for what seems like the most favorable transfers for him to complete the degree quickly and inexpensively, but we're open to options! Thank you in advance!

Budget: Have some GI Bill and military benefits that can be used, but would like to keep the price down as much as I can
Commitments: Kids/spouse. Currently work full time and can work on studies part time or in the evenings/weekends.
Dedicated time to study: As much as is needed during the night or weekends. Estimate at least 3 hours every week night and on the weekends, maybe 6 hours, total would be roughly 15+12=27 hours or slightly more.
