Does anyone know if any of these Saylor exams are difficult? I know some of their exams are difficult because of questions with wrong answers. I hope these are all good.
Business Law
Principles of Management
Macroeconomics
Microeconomics
Principles of Marketing
Business Communications

From the courses I took, the first four are going to be a bit hard, the final two are the easier ones of them all...
I couldn't handle their way of doing things, so I did the majority of them at Straighterline, it saved me "time"...

My son's first foray into alternative credits was with Saylor - he breezed through Intro to Business, Principles of Marketing, and Corporate Communication, then he attempted both Economics courses. Failed one, failed the other, then failed that one again. He was so disheartened. He ended up taking them at SL and passing both within a week. Those other three were not too difficult for him at all.
Here Researching for my son, who has done the following:
Community College: Intro to Philosophy, Fundamentals of IT, English Comp 1
Saylor: Intro to Business, Principles of Marketing, Corporate Communication
Shmoop: US History 2 (WGU won't accept this)
ALEKS: Int. Algebra, College Algebra
Study.com: Personal Finance, Principles of Finance, HR Management, Global Business, Advanced Operations Management
Straighterline: US History 2, Environmental Science, US History, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, English Comp 2, Principles of Management, Business Law, Business Ethics, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Accounting 1,Communication, Managerial Accounting, Statistics
Ed4Credit: Managing Information Systems
Sophia: Project Management
WGU: Bachelors in HR Management
Second son is currently attending Penn Foster for his high school diploma, then on to Ashworth for An Associates in Criminal Justice

I just got out of the closet after taking the microeconomics exam on Saylor. I did it cold and scored 60%. Bummer. A week or two ago, I scored a 63% on the macroeconomics exam. Again, bummer. I noticed that the question format is very much like the TEEX assessments. I completed those by reviewing the results of initial tests and eliminating incorrect answers from consideration. It appears that I could do that in this case as well. Maybe I should actually take the practice exams before going the direct credit route. Do people tend to see improving scores in subsquent tests?

My son took and passed the practice tests but bombed the proctored finals. He felt they were much harder.

I agree with this, there are only a few courses that I took. I am looking to complete Business Statistics and their CS/CIS offerings soon.
From those samples, they were similar to practice tests: Environmental Ethics, Business/Corporate Communications, Principles of Marketing.

FYI, if you go through the statistics course and don't think you can pass the final, SL has their own version of Saylor's stats where 50% of the grade is open book tests and 50% is the final. The course is only $25 - of course you also have to pay the monthly fee - but if you're already signed up for other courses, this is a cheap, quick way to pass stats and I bet the SL final is easier than Saylor's.
