Basically, that poster is attempting a speed run, they're pretty experienced in business, CS/IT, I don't think there is anything stopping them from completing the class that quickly. He's right. If you already have a lot of knowledge beforehand or, in some cases, you already work in that industry, you will highly likely finish this course a lot faster than others who simply do other jobs or have a different background.

However, the 2 touchstones slow down a little.
