Grade happens virtually instantly. The badge is inside 48 hours for the courses I have done in the last month.

It's a good change if the badges are issues in 48 hours or less. Wow, for $5, and if you know the subject matter well enough, it is inexpensive credits. BTW, I noticed the both of you did Customer Service exam at Saylor... Was that used part of your degree? Or is it just for the credits/knowledge? I don't remember when they added it, seems like a "newer" course.

I did two LL politics courses at Saylor because I'm doing a PoliSci minor. I didn't need customer service as such, I purely did to see how I would go going straight to the exam based on having retail jobs over the years. I'm not as critical of Saylor as the board is, although alot of the frustration does seem to come from the business courses which I haven't done. I am tempted to try one and see...
