Wouldn't 'D082' be fulfilled by my PSYC 2301 course taken at Lonestar?

EDIT: Disregard, saw this note.. (C715 and C483 must be satisfied before these types of courses can satisfy this requirement, if applicable).

Does anyone know if UMPI will accept the foreign language credit if you had 2 years of a foreign language in HS? (even if it was back in 1996)

Only if you did it as dual enrollment college credit, CLEP or an acceptable AP score.
The simplest way is likely one of the Sophia classes, CLEP or Ace credit via ACTFL.

I can see how it looks bad at face value, although the amount of credit granted for previously completed coursework is only one decision point among many. Personally, I wouldn't mind completing some extra Sophia and Study.com courses to get up to the 83 credits max transfer to the WGU BSBAITM. WGU has unlimited attempts at papers, and they tell you what needs to be fixed every time a paper is returned. Contrast that to constant due dates for 12 weeks at TESU and one attempt at a final draft at UMPI that has to earn a B grade or higher. I've completed all three degrees, and I prefer the papers at WGU by far. However, I'm also good at taking tests, which some people really want to avoid, so it's generally easier for me to do courses with Sophia, Study.com, and WGU than it is for some others. This is all to say that choosing a school and degree should always take into account all the factors, such as cost, time, preferences for course type and format, and curriculum, to find the best fit for the individual student.

This all makes sense for someone with much less credits to transfer but you are talking about them unnecessarily taking 15 more courses just to make it easier to write papers? That is a lot of unnecessary extra work. They should be able to get max credit transfer to TESU and UMPI and if they want complete extra Sophia and Study.com courses to transfer 114 credits to TESU.

I hope to report back to this thread early next week, UMPI should get back to me next week with the transfer credit report and we will see where we land. Not sure on TAMUC as its been complete radio silence from them and I am chomping at the bit to get started with classes.

Keep in mind that the schools are busy wrapping a term and they go on holiday for Christmas next week.

Yup, I totally get it. I have one that just got home from Texas Tech last week after his last final.
