Started BOG process

Hi,

I am new here and I just started the process.  Ive read so many post and just said lets do it.  I applied on 12/25 as my xmas gift to myself.

I'm transferring credits from Sophia and WGU- which have already been sent.  I received my email to access my student account and ROAR on 1/13/24 which I thought was really quick compared some of the older post I read.  So I have been just checking that daily to see  if my unofficial transcripts have been posted... then I will email Nancy.

If anyone has any other tips to add that I need to do please let me know, other than that I think it just a waiting game.

@Twil6, Welcome to the board, that's a good initial post with some info, however, you need to provide more details so we get the entire picture of your scenario, it's missing the more important details on the addendum and template here: https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...Area-works

Wait, why are we emailing Nancy?  What's your educational goal when you've done the BOG AAS? That should be one of the few items you need to provide us in addition to a simple addendum/template such as this one here: https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...#pid410308

Recommendation: I would apply to Pierpont, send in all Sophia.org credits you have completed, and work on the ones that do not have a touchstone immediately (use a second monitor for multi-tasking, open book resources). https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/So...lency_List

Once your Pierpont BOG AAS has been evaluated with the Sophia & WGU credits, and you've graduated after the final audit, you can decide to ladder that up to UMPI or go back to WGU for a Bachelors, depending on what you are looking for as the educational goal I mentioned earlier...

Hi,

I already applied to Pierpont and have access to ROAR-  I've sent all my transcripts over to be evaluated.  I've re-enrolled at WGU and start 3/1- I just wanted to get my AA-BOG to have something to update resume until I finish my 4 yr degree  for job promotion.

Get more credits from Sophia.org towards the WGU degree of your choice, you can review partners.wgu.edu for the classes that will transfer to the degree you're going for... You can send all transcripts to Pierpont for the BOG AAS and also WGU to update the Sophia.org credits to see if any transfers. You want to max that transfer to both, WGU especially...
