There is really zero reason to consider COSC for much of anything any more. They have literally ruined what was once a really great and inexpensive option to complete a degree, and for no apparent reason.

UMPI sounds like a great option for you.. For me, there were a few advantages to TESU (no foreign language requirement, an easy solution to the math requirement, easy/cheap UL options with Coopersmith), but if those issues aren't crucial, you are probably set with UMPI.
