Does UMPI offer art classes ? If yes what’s final assignment? Is there any other class that cover art requirements?

On campus, UMPI offers studio art courses. These are not available in YourPace. Currently, YourPace students have 3 options: HUM103, ART108, and ENG211. ART108 is a very basic intro to graphic design course where you use free software such as Canva. You don't use anything as complex as PhotoShop or Illustrator. The Final Assessment is a PowerPoint.

My advisor said HUM 103 not offered at this term so I take ART 108. ART 108 require to sign on Adobe Express so I dunno if we can use Canva(?)

Yes, this thread is from a year ago. Courses on Strut didn't all move to Brightspace. HUM103 was on Strut. Many people are now taking Visual Communications from Sophia to fulfill this area of the GEC.
