I passed the English Composition w/essay (typed essay) a few weeks ago. Overall, I found the exam easier than expected even though I was right down to the wire on time for the multiple choice. The essay was the hardest part.
This Thursday I am taking Freshman Composition w/essay (handwritten essay) for the last English/composition credit I need. My question is, are these basically the same exam as far as the content goes? Is there anything significant that differentiates the two exams other than the fact that the one I am taking on Thurs. is a written essay?
I am taking the freshman comp test w/written essay because I didnt score high enough to get the double (6) credits. My school requires a 64 for the double credit and a 47 for single credit. This isn't a big deal because they do allow you to take the freshman comp test for the other credit if you wish. They only require a 50 on freshman comp w/essay. A little strange...
