Hello, I'm looking for a way to find an affordable online basic American Government course (I already know Excelsior and Adams State College offer one)..one preferably with an open/rolling enrollment, and completely online...

Well if CLEP isn't accepted then I would recommend
Clovis Community College. You can take the course online and the school is fully accredited. The cost is $89/credit for non-New Mexico residents.

If you can't wait until then to take the course, perhaps BYU Independent Study, which costs $471 and is fully accredited:
